Born and raised on the beautiful Sorrento Peninsula, I carry with me a deep love for the cuisine, history, and traditions of my homeland. Together with my wife Sarah, an American who runs a boutique travel agency, we’re about to bring a dream to life: opening a cooking school to share the traditional dishes of our region. Join me on this journey of flavors and heritage.
Since I was a child, my daily routine always revolved around the kitchen-watching my Southern Italian grandmother preparing her famous pollo alla cacciatora. I would sit in awe, mesmerized by how effortlessly she crafted such remarkable dishes with love and passion from our very own garden. That love for cooking has stayed with me through the years, first with my parents and now with my own children.
Today, I want to share that same authentic, heartfelt luxury—bringing it from our table to yours. Because when you have all you need, it’s time to build a longer table.
